  I had the pleasure of working with Jeff and the team at Carolina Creations on the construction of my pool. From the initial quotes and selection process, they demonstrated expertise and professionalism. They were able to come up with a creative solution for my tricky backyard, which had a significant slope and easement to work around. Throughout the construction process, they were consistently on schedule and kept me informed of their progress. Their communication was top-notch and they were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. They made the entire process smooth for me and by the end of the project, even the town inspector was impressed with how well the pool turned out and how they addressed every single town rule and requirement. I am extremely satisfied with the work that Carolina Creations has done for me and I would highly recommend them to others. They are a great company to work with, and I don't hesitate to reach out to them if any prospective clients would like to speak with a former client or see my pool.

  Carolina Creations was amazing to work with! Jeff was great with all his knowledge and helped us create the perfect pool and space for our family! He always made himself available to answer any questions we had along this process. The whole team was very professional and efficient!   Our family began looking into putting in a swimming pool in fall of 2021. We have kids that love being in the water and thought it would be a good way to increase our outdoor activity in the backyard. After reaching out to about 8-10 contractors to discuss our project, we decided to go with Carolina Creations. We wanted a fiberglass pool because of the ease of maintenance and speed of install. Upon our first meeting with Andy, I really appreciated that he 1) came to our site early before we decided to choose them, 2) he provided 3d renders and included decking layouts in a timely fashion 3) he was very responsive to emails usually with same day responses. Other builders we had talked to were slow to respond and would only snip pool shape into our survey. After some discussion, we selected a pool from Imagine Pools and signed the contract In November. With lead times being strained, they installed our pool in March 2022 which I was very happy about. The install went pretty smoothly aside from a ton of rain the day after dig day. The overall installation including decking took about 5 weeks and they were very communicative throughout the process. Jeff (owner) and his team are very professional and were on site consistently throughout the process. We are very pleased with the completed install and the kids have had a blast even when the air temps were in the 60’s. If you are considering building a fiberglass pool, I highly recommend going with Jeff, Andy and the team at Carolina Creations RDU!

  Carolina Creations RDU installed my parents fibergass pool. They absolutely love it. They called many swimming pool builders in the area, however we decided to go with Carolina Creations. They handled EVERYTHING. When I say everything I mean it! They handled the permits, so we didn't have to. They covered sub contracted out electricians, fence builder, plumber. My parents did not do any project management, and left it to the experts. My parents are older, and I thought I would have to step in and make sure everything got handled. NOPE. I did nothing but sat back and watch the guys at Carolina Creations do it all! Carolina creations thanks so much for a stress free experience with my parents pool installation. Hire locals and experts!
