Jessica at the Moncton location REALLY knew her stuff. I went to purchase furniture for conference rooms, kitchen, dining, tvs, wall units chairs etc. She had displayed the product very well, wasted no one’s time straight forward and honest. I could tell she had grasped my visions and tried to build my spaces to the best of her ability. I will be working with her again!

Terrible customer service. I took protection on my recliner and it’s more than 6 months Brick staff is telling me you have to wait until part comes in. It’s so pathetic waiting for my recliner to be fixed takes time more than 6 months. On top of that their technician came once to repair with available stuff they had and broke my recliner and never came back to fix. Never GO TO BRICKS! They will treat you good as long as you are buying once sales is completed they don’t care. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. TAKING PEOPLE’s Money and not giving them service when needed. YOU SHOULD SHUT DOWN YOUR BUSINESS IF CAN’T PROVIDE SERVICE AFTER PAYING 1000s OF DOLLARS. BRICKS IS JUST SCAM. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great place if you like stress and have time to waste after delivery!
Spent $6000 for a new sofa set and got a broken sofa delivered within 6 days of purchase! It’s been 2 weeks with the broken sofa with a bent frame, arm that make noise when you put your arm on it and a recliner that doesn’t work correctly with no timeline on when it will be fixed. They should have sent a replacement sofa within 6 days to make things right quickly!
The story: My husband paid $6000 for a brand new reclining sofa and 2 chairs on November 23rd. To our surprise, we got a call that delivery would happen 6 days after purchase on Nov 29th, we were very impressed with the quick timeline until we noticed upon delivery the sofa was damaged and badly bent/crooked. My husband is the one who noticed and pointed it out to the delivery guy who told us to contact the store but explained it probably only needs to “settle” as cushions were squished from delivery etc but we again pointed out the frame sat higher from the floor on one end compared to the other. They left and my husband immediately sit in “his usual spot” and noticed the recliner doesn’t work properly due to the bent frame. We called the store within that first hour and sent an email with photos and a video showing the delivered sofa is damaged! We figured since it only took 6 days to receive the sofa that we could get a quick replacement within 6 days to make things right but NO! Unfortunately we are still stuck with the broken sofa, tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since we have it. They sent a service guy 10 days ago who mentioned he could replace part of the frame, and the arms which make noise he mentioned he could just glue them back. I can’t believe it! $6000 spent and we are getting a refurbished item that is only going to be fixed who knows when and who knows if it will still look weird or have other issues? Christmas is fast approaching where we will be receiving guests with a bent new sofa with one side that is uncomfortable can’t recline. This is not what we bought! Meanwhile my leather sofa that was in perfect condition is now in our basement. What an embarrassment for us but it looks badly on The Brick when we get visitors and tell them that’s what we received for $6000. My husband has gone there in person already for follow ups, called and even had to come home from work for the service guy to come assess the damages - wasting so much of his time on this already. I feel so bad for him and I know how extremely disappointed he is after all this money spent but he is more of a nice guy. He plans to stop in again today to talk to them. He is so busy already and really doesn’t have time for this. Send a replacement already, give us what we bought!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
