This could’ve of been an EASY 5 stars if not for the person coordinating the delivery.
Ange, the sales associate, and Brian, the manager, gave me and my daughter an exceptional service. Ange made sure to asked the question specific with my needs. We didn’t feel the pressure of buying on the spot, they were both very respectful and fun to deal with.
Now, the delivery coordinator, whose name starts with an “A”, because I’m not going to mention her name here, but she needs to listen to the instructions. She called this morning about my fridge and stove being delivered next week. I mentioned that the rocking chair could be delivered at any time, but like Ange wrote in his note (because I saw the note) that I was going to call about the delivery of the appliances at the beginning of May.
She called again in the afternoon about the date the stove being delivered on the 24th….
This is not the first time with Brick and the delivery coordinators not being able to communicate properly.The delivery guys are usually awesome. To be continued….

Had a really great experience today! Big shoutout to the team especially one of the staff member Ange who went above and beyond with customer service. Super knowledgeable about the products, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
You can tell when someone genuinely cares about helping customers, and it really stood out.
Also, a special mention to the store manager for running such a well-organized and welcoming place. It reflects in the team and the overall experience. Keep up the great work!

Excellent experience with Lala and Jessica of The Brick Moncton-Trinity location. Both are very helpful in choosing the right pieces for us.Jessica is a sweetheart. She is knowledgeable in everything we ask and showing genuine care and concern and not just selling just for the sake of sales. She wants to make sure that it is the right fit for what we need. While Lala is also very professional and makes sure that we are not feeling rush. He provided solution to my concern with my past invoices/purchases. We are happy to be serviced by these two. Keep up the excellent work.

My husband and I visited the store today to purchase a new bed. This was my first time buying furniture from the Brick and I definetely had a great experience. When we entered the store we were promptly approached by Shaima. Usually I prefer to do my own thing while shopping, but I told her what we were looking for and she made sure we got the chance to properly explore our options, test different mattresses, and alternatives to boxsprings. She explained everything well, provided excellent customer service, and was an all around pleasant sales associate. I don't care for shopping but she honestly made the experience enjoyable and painless. I'd absolutely do business with her again.
I unfortunately have to change my review. I maintain that Shaima was wonderful, but we just spent 8 grand on a bed and we open the first product (the frame) and its already missing parts. The delivery staff also tracked mud all over the carpet. We had someone come and install internet yesterday and they wore boot protectors, not sure why these guys couldn't do the same. Otherwise, the delivery staff were great and super friendly, but I'm incredibly disappointed that the frame is already missing parts. I really hope the other elements aren't missing anything because I still have quite a few products left to open. We just moved so we need this bed tonight, so my husband is just going to figure something out at home hardware.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
