- SASonjia AdamsDec 11, 20251.0Never delivered! 🤣But I'm ok Save money .Was told I wasn't at home numerous attempts calling we don't deliver this day that day gave them my time off work supposed to been that Tuesday after 4 no furniture I call the lady tells me I'll call you back she did she says the guy say he came no he didn't I called after 6 she says he still delivering still no furniture no call saying I'm late nothing so I cancelled I got a call today from a lady she asked was Friday ok to deliver she apologized said they will be out tomorrow Friday after work let's see lol

The glass top to my coffee table broke and although the first 6 people I spoke with said they would replace it, and they sent a guy out to measure it, ultimately I spoke to the "sales manager" who refused. This went on over the course of 2 months. So, lousy customers service and cheaply made furniture that is wildly over-priced. I was in a bind when I bought this crap. Go elsewhere if you can. Horrible experience.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
