- WLWitchy LuckSep 4, 20251.0They will not replace broken parts during the term of thier lease. So don't believe the salesperson when they say they will. The glass top to my coffee table broke and although the first 6 people I spoke with said they would replace it, and they sent a guy out to measure it, ultimately I spoke to the "sales manager" who refused. This went on over the course of 2 months. So, lousy customers service and cheaply made furniture that is wildly over-priced. I was in a bind when I bought this crap. Go elsewhere if you can. Horrible experience.

Went home threw out my WHOLE LIVING ROOM anticipating my new one from Aaron’s. The delivery guys were SOO LAZY they didn’t even try to bring the furniture into the house. They got to porch and figured it wouldn’t fit. They put put the furniture back on the truck and said go back to the store and pick out another one. I tried speaking with the manager,(Donell) he refused. I’m also having trouble getting a refund for my first payment…….the customer service is poor and the manager is horrible!! I see why the “team” has failed with cs. Their leader sucks!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
