    Not the fault of the Chippewa location, but the overall experience has been unacceptable. I had a confirmed delivery date of 11/21. When I checked the website, the delivery date had been changed without any notification from VCF. I called the store only to learn the furniture isn’t even in their possession yet—meaning I can’t pick it up before the holiday, when having actual seating for guests might be deemed beneficial, and I have ZERO faith in VCF that it will be delivered before Thanksgiving. I was then given the Customer Care number and from the automated systems was told to expect a 25-minute wait just to get answers that should have been communicated proactively.

    Purchased leather set for living room, sold as deluxe leather, supposed to be very durable, scratch resistant but after less than 3 years seats deflated, leather paint pilling, scratches from sitting… I called, they sent someone to take a look and he said it look bad, took a pictures but store didn’t offer any solution. We purchased additional insurance, submitted claim and got denied for coverage, they can fix it but we have to pay out of our pocket. Mind you, we paid top $ we thought we buying quality but honestly we had faux leather that was more durable.

    Lawrence was a fantastic salesman to work with. Made the process easy & very friendly. Great customer service. I did end up canceling my order because it went from well delivery it in 7 days to now a 6+ month wait & id have to start paying immediately. Wish that wasnt the case.
