They were so sweet told us everything we needed to know and asked us what our concerns were. The carpets smell fantastic and look amazing! Definitely recommend these boys! Super affordable too!

The pricing we discussed on the phone did not feel like the pricing that I was given at the door none of the fees were included in the initial conversation. I would suggest making sure you understand the exact details before you hire this company. But again work was done well people were very nice.

However, I am disappointed that the machine/equipment was unable to get close to the wall or behind the toilet so some of the places that were most difficult for me to clean were not taking care of by the professionals either. So I have ended up having to scrub those areas on my knees to make them match. I would like to have known prior to having them come to do it that they were unable to clean wall to wall or behind the toilet.

I keep using them for my two properties because their services are superior and cost less than others in the industry. I used their duct cleaning and ozone services to clean and refresh the air in two houses and I'm very pleased with the results!
- TDTOM DILLONOct 30, 20253.0I had a 12:00 - 3:00 appt on 10/23/2025 for them to give me an estimate to clean and seal the kitchen and bathroom grout. They showed up at 5:00 pm. We agreed on a price and I told them to go ahead with the job. They rushed through the job and did not clean the grout well; saying that it was wet and would look better when dry. It did not. I complained and they came back on 10/28/2025. This time, they showed up at 4:15 pm for an 11:00 - 2:00 appt. The cleaning job was acceptable this time. However, they quit before sealing the grout and wanted to return the next day. I was very frustrated with their poor record of wasting my time and told them to forget returning to seal the grout. I commend them on returning promptly to do it right. But, they are terrible with time management.
