The initial customer service was great, and I was even able to secure a winter special they had going on. So I was able to get my vents and furnace cleaned at a very reasonable price. Dylan & Date (sorry I butchered your names) were very respectful, and they came and handled business in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them again for future work.

I was patient with the delays, but when I opened the rug it has dark rough patches in several spots!! - I am upset! I contacted the company but it takes long to get anyone to call back!
- JMJanet MoehsmerDec 6, 20251.0I was told by application technician at 10:45am that carpet would dry in 4-6 hours. I mentioned that the carpet felt wet and he said was just "damp". After 6 hours of carpet feeling very wet, I put 3 fans on that room and it did not dry until the next morning. The other 2 bedrooms had fans placed until the second morning before they felt completely dry. After calling the supervisor at ProSteam 10+ hours after application, he said it can take 24 hours to dry. I had to walk on soggy wet carpet to get my things so I could "sleep" on my couch. I was offered to have someone return to re-vac, but with a dog that is sensitive to noises and strangers, I declined being inconvenienced even more. The supervisor told me I was the first customer of the day and that the equipment is checked in the morning. Suction should be one of the checks and a customer telling the technician the carpet felt wet should be another hint to that technician to make sure the equipment is working properly. This was my first experience with professional cleaners and was disgusted with the results.
