- JPJonathan PateDec 9, 20255.0Bi-State Pool and Spa recently renovated our vinyl-lined pool by adding a tanning ledge and replacing the liner, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Another company had previously told us that renovating a vinyl pool wasn’t worth the trouble and would turn into a nightmare—but Joe proved the exact opposite. From the very beginning, Joe was incredibly helpful. He addressed all the concerns the other company had raised and walked us through how our design ideas could come to life. Throughout the installation process, he kept us informed, answered every question (and I had plenty!), and made sure we always understood what would happen next. The crew who worked on the pool were just as impressive—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all my questions. When the liner manufacturer made a mistake cutting the first liner, Joe went above and beyond to make it right and ensured the replacement was installed as quickly as possible. We’re thrilled with how everything turned out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bi-State Pool and Spa for any future renovation needs. Highly recommended!

I bought a cover from Bi-State Pool and unfortunately there was an issue and they custom-ordered the wrong cover (mistakes happen, I get it). I was worried about a mess to get it resolved. However after just a single email, Bi-State offered two great solutions, either one of which would have made me happy. It was great to have such a customer-focused response. It was my first business with Bi-State but I plan on using them going forward after this experience.

He dug about 40-50' trench from skimmer to pump .. after busting out 20-25' of concrete. Job looks good and new lines working great!
