Short story long, we moved into a new building with Xerox printers leased from Springfield and they NEVER worked. Called Page after 4 months of frustration and they brought a printer out that day. We leased a second and the two are working all day every day. Their support is great, too. If you want to see the Cavalry riding in pronto--call Page!
