- DFDaniel FinleyOct 25, 20253.0I've been doing business with Aarons for a few years now. I paid off a TV, a TV stand , a soundbar and A PlayStation. Almost finished paying off a washer and dryer at the moment. And so far the experience has been easy and pleasant. My TV broke so I ordered one and the Aaron's s online app on the 17th of October,i was approved. I received a call from Aaron's on the 20th and was told it would be delivered the evening of the 22nd of October the 22nd turned into the 24th. On the 24th I was called and told the truck didn't come in would not come in until the 29th of October and that I would receive the TV Monday November 2nd. Very disappointed for having to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery of a TV that I was approved for.
- AHAmber HainesOct 17, 20223.0Everything is cool with Aaron’s, until I get my phone blown up 4 times a day for the last week, just for them to tell me their system messed up and hasn’t charged tax on my account, my accounts always paid so I kept thinking it was a automated call, but finally call them back and they want my CC information again because their systems have messed up and the 12$ tax their system wasn’t charging is reason to blow up my phone up like It’s my fault. I was heated.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
