We had a washer in for repair. We got the washer back and it was doing to exact thing. We called them back and they came back out to get it. They gave us a loaner. They have had our washer for at least two months. I called and Gene, the Store Manager, stated that it was back. She put me on hold. She then stated that her back room was so full and she could locate it. She said that she would call me back the next day. A week goes by and no call. I called the store and she said that she couldn't locate it but she would call me back. She told me not to make my last payment until I received my washer back. Another week goes by so I call the store again. Angel set up delivery on a Friday between 4 and 6. At 605 on Friday I call the store. Angel tells me that the delivery drivers refuse to deliver my washer because they called me 5 times and I rudely declined the call. They called at 252 and did not leave a message. I explained to her that if they would have called at or after 4 I would have answered my phone. She said that I should answer my phone. I told her that she said they would deliver between 4and 6. She said that was the approximate time. 252 is far from 4. I asked her for corporates number and she refused to give it to me. I call corporate and they said my last payment was charged off because of delinquency. I explained the situation and that the SM told me not to make the payment until I got my washer back. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM AARONS ON NOLAND RD. Angel is very rude and the delivery drivers are able to refuse to do their jobs.

We had some errands, we needed to run. So we called the store. They had said they would be here before 3 o'clock. Whenever we asked the young lady on the phone if there was any closer time she could give us, she said if they said 3 o'clock, then it'll be before 3 o'clock. And if that wasn't bad enough, the man who was installing our washer was not paying attention because he was on the phone with his kid the whole time. His child asked him if he needed to get off the phone, and he said, no. It's just a washer and dryer hookup. Therefore, whenever we went to turn the washer on after they left water sprayed everywhere. Not impressed. We had to go get a replacement hose and fix what he messed up. The man who installed our dryer did an excellent job turned it on, made sure it was working. He went down to the truck to take care of some things. The other man who was there, who was hooking up the washer, did not do anything correct.

I am incredibly upset with the way I was treated by the “new manager”. I am behind 1-2 payments $54-110. I informed the previous manager several times that they have my payments coming due on an incorrect schedule as I am paid differently now and have received no missed calls from them. I was woken up to someone knocking on my door demanding payment on my account. Are you guys insane?! I also told the manager the item they sold us does not even work and we do not even have it anymore. It lasted only a year, which I now actually hear is common with Samsung ovens. However, I was still making payments on it, on MY pay schedule. I will only be sending payments when I get paid. I don’t appreciate someone knocking at my door over $100. I also provided the “new manager” with a cease and desist of which she said she would be ignoring unless I provide in writing, which I am not required to do per state law. I have worked in collections for 8 years, try brushing up on your state laws before you gets Aaron’s sued. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is a US government agency that enforces federal consumer protection and antitrust laws. The FTC Act, primarily, empowers the FTC to prevent unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce, seek remedies for consumer injury, and create rules to address unfair or deceptive practices. The FTC also enforces other laws related to consumer protection and antitrust, including the Clayton Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The FTC brings hundreds of lawsuits against companies every year, and I am happy to provide them with another one. Each and every attempt to reach me will be documented and recorded. If I continue to be harassed, I WILL cease payments on the oven we no longer have. If they leave me and my family the hell alone, I will continue making payments as I have been. This is not the first time I have been 2 payments behind and I ALWAYS make my payments when I get paid. Harassing people is not the way to get your money, I promise you.
