    Absolutely horrible. The manager Jessica has nothing but excuses. Today it was the heat. They don't call and schedule the right time, you have to call them. They were supposed to be here an hour ago and she said its hot out but its on the truck

    DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible experience. I ordered items before Black Friday and have had nothing but trouble trying to get the items delivered. Every time I call the store manager JESSICA I constantly has an excuse that the drivers and workers are always calling in. Went into the store and still constantly got the run around. Called customer support multiple times through out several weeks to have it escalated to the regional manager SHAWN/SEAN (VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL) ( GIVES OFF IM GOING TO CHALLENGE WHAT YOUR SAYING INSTEAD OF LISTENING) and still nothing happened until weeks later today he calls me tells me my order is randomly canceled. (Mind you I just literally called Jessica yesterday and she told me once again that the delivery person called in so it wouldn’t be delivered yet.) They lied saying they attempted to deliver 3 times which isn’t true because they are supposed to leave delivery attempt papers on the door and I also have ring cameras. I called customer support back and they said the regional manager SHAWN/SEAN put notes and canceled my order because it “ wasn’t a good deal”. Doesn’t make sense at all seems like they were too lazy to ACTUALLY DELIVER the order since I live on the 3rd floor. Store is clearly poorly ran with lazy people who don’t want to do their job.
