Scheduling was easy and they provided a 4 hour window for their arrival time - which was accurate. The technician Kyle B. was excellent. He was very pleasant and helpful, and offered some helpful tips beyond what his service included. Kyle was precise in what he did and careful. Based on my experience with this technician I will definitely use this company again! Thanks!

My main issue is that Pro Outdoor can’t give a more definitive time window of service than sometime between 7:15 and 5:00. Seems like an outdated way of doing business. Hard to believe they can’t at least narrow it to a 4 hour window.
