Baker Pool & Spa is an hour drive for us, but I'll do it every time we need something. Donna was more than helpful and super friendly. She set us up with everything we needed to fix our water issue and was so knowledgeable and patient while we asked questions and made notes. We left so relieved and confident, as our day didn't start out that way. We will be back. Thank you!

I was in the middle of a plaster job — literally mid-mix — when I discovered that one of my color aggregates was wrong. Total panic moment. Donna stepped in and absolutely saved the day. She went out of her way to help me, calling around, checking inventory, coordinating pickup, and even sending photos to verify everything. And she didn’t just help a little — she spent three hours making sure I got exactly what I needed. You don’t find service like that anywhere anymore. Donna is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her customers. Baker Pool is lucky to have her, and I’m beyond grateful for her help. If you need anything for your pool, ask for Donna — she’s the best in the business.
