  Company came out to my home to look at My washer and stated the legs were not down. I informed them that there was an issue with the impeller, which caused my load washer to shake uncontrollably. Charged me over almost $200 for nothing. Called them back and the technician still stated he could not find an issue. I requested a refund and company ignored my issue. Horrible Business

  Scott Moss was my technician from Andy's. He was professional and friendly, answering all my questions and concerns. He called ahead to tell me his ETA, and even called back when he encountered traffic delays. Overall I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use Andy's again and ask for Scott in particular. Plus I'll recommend them to friends and family.

  They come check my refrigerator and they tell me what is the damage and they don’t need to work with LG to order my part. I called LG two times they tell me your service provider they never order your I don’t recommend you guys to work with them because they lie In the end, I just called them today February 17, 2026 at 9:30 AM. They told me sorry we cannot help you. We don’t have equipment to fix your refrigerator. I don’t recommend nobody to work with them. They liar. This is what I have to report to BBB. I will report them there too They charge me $140 in cash After they left, I called them more than five times on first week and the second week and they keep telling me we waiting for LG. They lie to me. I find out from LG when I call them. They tell me your service provider never order your part. If they don’t need to work with LG, they should not come to do the service check up because I give them all the refrigerator information before they come but they need to charge you $140 and leave you. This is what they doing with people.😡😡😡

  Aweful! It’s cheaper to replace your appliance for what these guys want to charge. Absolutely criminal.

  Scott was amazing! I had called three other places before this and none of them could get me in until tomorrow. I was worried about all the food in my fridge spoiling by then and thankfully I called Andy’s Appliance Repair! A technician was at my house within 2 hours! Scott diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than half an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, and even gave me some great tips for future issues. I definitely recommend reaching out to them for quick and reliable service!! Thank you again Scott!
