    I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Lowe’s Outlet location. An employee named Gul treated us with a level of rudeness and disrespect that is completely unacceptable. When we asked for basic information, he responded with a condescending attitude and made no effort to help. His behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Lowe’s should not tolerate employees who speak to customers this way. This experience has seriously affected my trust in this store.

    Complete waste of time making a trip over to this store. Called in before hand to ask about their delivery rules they said 75 miles. I live 42 miles away. Drove in tried to purchase something was told it can’t be delivered to our address. The employee could only say that their system has been doing this lately.

    Initially, it was a great experience. We got a fridge and stove on a Saturday with delivery on a Wednesday. Fridge arrived and would not cool down. We gave it 48 hours as recommended by the manual and still no cooling. When we called, we were told that we only had 48 hours from purchase to call with anything wrong with it. We didn't even have the fridge until after 4 days. We are now over a week without a fridge and on our third visit from a technician.

    Never shop at Lowes. Lowe's lies through their workers don't trust anything they tell you. When they tell you you have 48 hours to return an appliance. Then they will not take it back. Customer service is a joke and no help. Manager is extremely rude. I would like to update my review. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General and they are helping with this issue. After I have filed the complaint the Executive Customer Service representative has called me, I was promised that this will be resolved, but a week later I am still waiting for some action. The response from Lowes via this review says to call their customer service and they are sorry for my problems with this and they want to help. I am sure that is just to make it seem like they can help. I have had 6 calls to customer service and still I wait. Customer service told me that they continue to call the store but don't get a response. It amazes me that Lowes has let this Manager damage their reputation for a $750 sale. I will continue to spread the news of how Lowes cares about their $ but not their customers. If they don't take care of their customers there will be no $. My dollars will be spent in other stores.
