Straightforward sales process, sales person knowledgeable. store was busy the day we purchased but checkout was quick. Was told umbrella was backordered through August (we purchased in May) but happily received it in June. We have set on our outside patio and sometimes have to wash with water and vinegar to get water stains out. While that is a bit disappointing we love the look of the table and the size is perfect for six or eight chairs.

We loved it and bought it that day. It comes with covers and was delivered on time. We couldn’t be happier. Excellent quality. We’ve had many comments from our neighbors and sent them to the store. Would definitely purchase again!

This year, I had a minor manufacturing issue with my cushions when I tried to remove the covers for cleaning. Zack went above and beyond and eventually offered to replace my entire set of cushions and covers at no charge. He personally drove to my house to swap them out! The furniture looks amazing on my patio but what really makes Yardbird great is the service. They truly care about the customer and will go the extra mile to take care of you—even two years later!
