I ordered an outdoor furniture set, and upon inspection, found a chair had a very noticeable defect suspiciously hidden under the protective paper on the arm. This indicates a significant quality control issue and suggests that damaged products are knowingly being shipped to customers. When I contacted customer service, they were completely dismissive of the issue, and were entirely unwilling to offer a satisfactory resolution. This company's customer service does not stand by their product and refuses to work with customers when defective items are sent. Such a disappointing experience.
