I was initially given an estimate over the phone, but on the day of service, I received a new, significantly higher price range. And ultimately, the final price reflected the highest end of that new range. While I understand that the scope of the job may have changed, I was uncomfortable with how the pricing seemed to escalate over time. It left me feeling taken advantage of and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

The team is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough from sales to completion of the job. I wasn't sure what to expect for the appearance of the fireplace insert. The sales team created a mockup but it's still hard to know what it will look/feel like in the space as we had an odd shaped fireplace in our 100+ year old house. It looks absolutely incredible - like it was there all along. They team went above and beyond and even reopened the insert (taking off multiple panels to get back into the fire box) just to move and add more glass stones around to achieve the perfect appearance. Would not think twice about hiring again. Highly recommend.
