Last week I made a key duplicate with the kiosk at RiteAid and gave it to my agent. she called me later to tell me that the key did not work. Today I went there to make another copy. Paid extra $2.50 (upgrade) for a smoother key. Took it home, put on reading glasses and compared. Look at the attached picture. The original and the copy do not even look alike. Plus the "copy" still had rough edges. I spend my time, more than $30 for 2 keys that do not work. Moreover, I entered my phone number for a receipt and never got any. Now they are asking for the order number. How am I supposed to know? They never gave me a receipt. Where is my "100% guarantee" they claim?
