- CMCory MettlingAug 21, 20252.0Used for a couple years for lawn treatment. The lawn care was pretty good, and price was better than others like TruGreen. Communication and customer service was not the greatest. When scheduled services were cancelled, there was no communication as to why. I had a late-season scheduled service cancelled without any contact other than to say it was cancelled and would be rescheduled. This happened several times, and it ultimately never happened as it got too late in the year. When I reached out the following year about this, they refused to provide a refund for the service that I paid for but did not receive, because I didn't ask about it during that same year. They also did not express any willingness in trying to make it right by applying a credit/discount on the upcoming services. Turned out it was being cancelled because there were fall leaves on the lawn, which were low on my priority list at the time due to a 9 months pregnant wife, and then a newborn with some health complications. Had I been told this was why the services were cancelled, I would have made it a higher priority.

They were thorough with winter cleanup so the spring cleanup was quick. They just finished the spring fertilizer treatment. They were mindful of my dog and called to let me know they were coming so I could make sure he was inside. And they have been responsive to my questions and comments. I'm a fan.
