    They raise the rent every 4 months. I called to see why I was being charged $87 a month when I signed up for $59. The guy I spoke with said “inflation” but they have on their website $54/ month on sale for $40… sooo inflation isn’t the answer. This storage unit feels more like bad insurance 🤣 sooo anyways we will be canceling our unit asap

    Ashanti was excellent with helping me checkout. I didn't want to get stuck paying for a new month’s rental when I had already moved my stuff out. Ash gave me step by step process so that did not happen. Storage facility was excellent. Addressed any of my issues. Thank you

    Update 11.18.25 I was contacted by the maintenance personnel at the local facility who passed along my concern to a regional rep. They reached out and provided me with a half months credit. I certainly appreciate this effort and am updating to 4 stars. I paid the balance due on my rental unit. Management had an additional lock on the unit. I was provided a code to unlock the lock. Code did not work, called customer service and told someone would contact me. Almost 48 hours later and no call. In the meantime, I rented a smaller unit because I am trying to move my contents. I paid but cannot use the new unit because I cannot access my old unit due to the facility placing a lock on my unit. Paying for 2 units currently and cannot access either. Still waiting for someone to contact me.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
