While I think they have some really nice products with good quality, I get frustrated when I can't get what I ordered time after time. My item was due 12/11. I arrived at the store (a 50 min drive one way) only to be told me item "didn't make the trailer." Next due date 12/22. The next day I get a call saying the new date is 1/8. I guess I'll be giving the person its for a picture for Christmas. Hopefully it'll be here Jan 8.

They change their pickup hours without disclosing that to customers trying to pick up furniture,they don’t answer their phones to see if the order is available and corporate does nothing for you either! I tried canceling my order because I couldn’t get anyone to confirm I could pick my furniture up and was told if they cancelled it I would not get my $ back I would have to file a claim because they are in bankruptcy

When I went to the store today to add the Black Friday discount, as recommended by the salesperson, I was told that the company filed bankruptcy, and now we're facing difficulties in getting our money back. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE ID U PAID CASH U WILL NOT GET REFUNDED AS I WAS TOLD TODAY LUCKY SHE DIS USE HER CREDIT CARD

Then I finally get it and it’s ripped in the seam like it was returned by another customer and stitched up in their store. Bad quality furniture. Ordered more stuff and Once those other few pieces didn’t come canceled order got a check for reimbursement and the check couldn’t be cashed. Insufficient funds from the company so in other words they have no money in their bank account. Very unprofessional. People that work here cussed at me and were very unprofessional shouting vulgar words at me. Stay away from this place!! They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Every associate I passed was on their phone and didnt acknowledge me NOT ONCE. Im not sure if yall thought I was broke and not willing to buy a furniture set but i definitely see why people buy online 😂 Mind you this is a furniture store your pay is based off commission I couldve gotten you a long way! 0/10 Nice store wouldnt be back.
