The store was beautiful and set up so that you have an idea of what each selection might look like in a home setting. There were so many beautiful options to choose from! We had a positive experience and the process of buying was simple and easy. Our sales person, Denis, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional! Highly recommend this location for any furnishings you may need!

Unprofessional customer service. No one even smile at you for a second. Even manager who suppose to be more friendly I suppose, WAS NOT!! Imagine you as customer looking to find more information about their furniture and staff sitting together on a sofa chit-chatting without even asking you if you need help or even bother to give some valid information to their customers. Never going back there again, not recommend at all. Unprofessional customer service and they lack of valid and clear information to the customers. Very disappointing.

I found the coffee and end table I wanted so after $400 the " Hot Tamale " pieces of furniture I purchased came in a box. I was hoping they were assembled.

The purchase portion of my experience was fine. It was getting the delivery set up. They set it up saying everything was in stock. Then I got the call that it was not in stock and they had to push out the delivery. So then it gets pushed out and I called early just to see if maybe my furniture is in and she said oh yes it is. We can deliver it a week earlier great, I thought. Then I get the call that a portion of my delivery is still in their distribution center in Indiana. I don’t know why this company can’t get their deliveries accurate. Don’t set up a delivery date until you actually have all the pieces in your warehouse. So a portion of my delivery was received today by two very nice gentleman and then on Tuesday I will get the rest of my delivery and set up.

The only thing I will recommend from my experience is Will, who is a wonderful customer service rep who handled my frustration quite well and was very open and up front with us…to start my horror story, my fiancé and I recently moved into our own place and were on the hunt for a couch. With careful consideration of pricing and accessories to the couch, we chose Value City over Gardner White (which is a very regrettable decision)…to start, we went in store to place our order on August 23, 2025. We then came up with a delivery date of September 6, 2025 (as our move in date was 9/5/25). We were anticipating getting this amazing couch for some time and move in day was successful but then the next morning (9/6 our delivery date) went south real fast. The delivery people came and were concerned because they didn’t have all of our pieces, so they called the warehouse manager who told us that the store was supposed to call the previous day and let us know our corner piece was on back order till November. (We called the store and they told us that they forgot to call which is a horrible excuse), however on that call they did offer us a small refund. A couple weeks go by and the money wasn’t in our account. Again, we called the store and they supposedly forgot to put in the order for the refund. So a few more weeks go by and today 10/13/25, my fiancé calls the store for an update and now our corner piece won’t be here till MAY of 2026. My question is why in the hell do we have to call them in order to find out about our couch? Why can’t they openly communicate with customers instead of acting like they’re trying to hide their own mistakes? They have no respect for their loyal customers and absolutely no communication. They need to take back order pieces off the floor and stop advertising them because now that they’ve called other customers wanting this couch, they have a lot of cancellations on this couch’s orders. Very poor customer service from the managerial staff.
