We left went to a few other stores then called him to say we wanted to proceed. He texted us a link we didn't even have to go back and our chairs will be ready by Wednesday! 3 days is great! All and all very nice experience we will be back.

The hair sticks to the couch and won’t come off and stains won’t come off either. The material after not even a year is all balled up and feels terrible. I’m not happy with the couch or the “upgrade” that was made. I paid like $900 more for a stain resistant and a couch that the hair could come off easily when vacuumed. Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
