He was extrememly flexible and easy to work with and he kept at the job until every last stain was completely gone. We've used other carpet cleaners in the past that seemed to do a good job, but the old stains soon reappeared. This has not happened at all thanks to Paul's diligence. He also stripped and waxed our tiled areas and made them shine like new. From now on, Journey Carpet Cleaning will be my first call both for the church and at home. Highly, highly recommend!
