I would give them a 0 if I could. Beware. I had erroneous charges added to my account. I was late for a payment and had late charge applied plus a lien fee which was triple the amount of the rent. I can accept responsibility for the late payment however a lien fee was over the top for 1 month. There are other issues with this facility. It is not very clean and it's hard to get a service rep on the phone in case you have questions. My payments were on time for the most part. I'm sure the owner will try and save face by saying otherwise. There is no gate access for portions of the facility. I moved to Extra Space storage less than 1 minute from this facility cleaner facility and there is staff on the premise. I would look into other options before choosing this place.

The reason nobody is on site to show units is the $20.00 non-refundable fee. Just so you know

Very satisfied with my rental experience. My stuff that I stored 6 years ago was still there and in good condition. Moving out was very convenient. Had to call Customer Service to cancel my autopay after move out though. Spoke with Nas and she was very friendly and helped me complete my request. Only bummer is that there is no prorated refund if you move out in the middle of the month :( When I moved in 6 years ago, there was prorated charge for the first month equivalent to the amount of days used, but I guess the facility was owned by a different company at that time. Also at that time, rate was only $32 per month for a 5x5x8 unit. Ownership changed several times over the years and rent increased multiple times as well, being $82 per month at the end. Anyway, I can definitely recommend Sparebox Storage and would use them again for any future storage needs.
