- KRKen RDec 4, 20252.01. My tractor (1025R) has a recall which is now way over a year old. I was told I would be contacted to make the repair and nothing..The letter from Deere indicated the tractor was not safe to use until fixed. The only effort to inquire about the repair has been by myself. 2. My 54” snowblower failed after 30-40 hrs of use (3 seasons) costing $2000 to repair. Hutson would not even advocate or contact Deere about this problem which was clearly a manufacturing issue from India. All they would say is it was out of warranty (1season) and that snowblowing is hard on equipment. I contacted Deere direct and was told I would be contacted by their manufacturing team and nothing. Just lies. I wanted to buy a USA brand tractor and feel like my business is not appreciated by the dealer or Deere . You would think after spending 32k on a tractor package you would get more than 1 season of warranty. Needless to say my Next tractor won’t be green.
