    0 stars. I don’t even have the furniture and it’s HORRENDOUS service. Ordered 2 modular sectionals. Manufacturer delay 4 weeks. Delivery date scheduled and confirmed. Did not arrive on said date, did not communicate any delay in arrival. Called VCF 4 times, there is no tracking on website or via American Signature site. Chat link was errored out. Emailed. Finally a call back. Stated- Delivery is coming in 10days. “Cannot expedite a reschedule because this is a ‘nation- wide’ issue. VCF is not responsible” Can you tell me WHO is responsible? “The manufacture and delivery company”. I stated I would like this contacts and was told they “cannot disclose that information.” Why wasn’t I communicated with on new delivery date? Someone is accountable.

    Been living thru a bad experience here for 2.5 months, delivery issues with bed and still haven’t received everything we paid for. Good luck calling or emailing for help, no response. Ken wycoff is a crap sales person, won’t be back and may return or bed.

    We received our new furniture today and they got everything in just fine, but when it came to our chair they just jammed it into the door way and they ripped the fabric on the top. Then they proceed to set it up and when I addressed the damage they said they have to take it back then gave me attitude. Then they dropped multiple cushions and pillows on the ground in the leaves. After they left I called to talk to someone about when I would be receiving my chair and told them what happen. They had the audacity to tell me it was their policy to HOPE that the customer doesn't notice the damage. What kind of policy it that?
