  I called over the summer to get a couple trees removed from my Moms property. They were awesome about talking to me and coordinating with her to get everything done. They set up a visit for a quote right away, and I found it very reasonable. They took a long time to come out and get the job done, but they made us aware of the backlog right from the get-go, which was fine. When they were finally scheduled to get the trees out, they called both of us and let us know. They worked super quick and did a wonderful job. The stump removal the next day also was great. Definitely recommend them if you need any services done, and their customer service is unbeatable. Thanks again for getting those trees off my Moms property, I'll sleep better knowing they are gone!

  Additional review/edit: They just took another tree down for me, ahead of schedule even. Once again there was NOTHING left--not a stray leaf, branch, nothing. They even took extra branches that I had piled up near my garage (on their own accord--I wasn't even home when they were there)--such a nice, unexpected touch! Also, their prices are reasonable. I'm grateful for their service and the pride they take in their work. They have done work for me twice now and both times they were reasonable, prompt, careful, and effective. They’ve done everything from trimming my trees beautifully, making them more attractive and healthy, to completely removing an enormously tall tree and resulting stump. Each time they left no trace of their work (no mess at all), and they were polite and professional. I will call them immediately if I need any future tree work done.

  Horrible experience. When I received a quote for a tree trim, I asked him if having a rabbit hutch and a chicken coop close to the tree would be a problem and he assured me no damage would be done in trimming. He saw the condition of my yard and could see that it was tight quarters with a patio, fences, and several gardens near the tree. I scheduled the service, but Never did get a promised phone call letting me know when to expect them. After they did show up ready to work, within 25 minutes I had to ask 3 times for them to please be more careful in the route they used to drag the branches out of the back yard. They were squeezing large, 10 foot wide limbs through a small arbor and down a garden path. I asked if they could please cut the limbs in half so that they weren't dragging across flowers and through arbors and hitting fences, but no change, and I finally had to reside to the fact that some of the flowers were probably going to be smashed. When it got even worse I stepped outside and asked that they be more careful with not dropping limbs on the chicken coop and my request was met with belligerence and rude comments. One man commented that if the chickens weren't dead yet, then what's the problem. The same man laughed at me several times when my son and I asked him why he had to be so careless as to smash a fence, and land limbs on top of flowers. After more laughing snide comments from the same man, I finally said "I am done with this conversation", and to please just finish the job and be more careful. He waved his arms around in anger and stated that even though there were more branches he should cut, that he was done working. I told him if he left now without being finished, he would not be paid. He tried to put the blame on me for telling him he was done working, and I reminded him, that NO, I had told him I was DONE with this conversation, NOT the work. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any type of service.
