    We moved out of our unit at the end of the month. When the property manager verified our move out, they looked at a parking spot that had the same number ans our unit, and reported that we hadn’t moved out. We did not have a parking spot. We had an actual 10 x 10 unit. They charged us for the next month and we are still fighting to get the refund. Not to mention, our rent more than doubled in the five years we rented.

    I had a great experience there. It was clean organized, gated and easily accessible 24 seven. Customer Service from my minimal experience from starting the contract for a storage unit until I canceled it. Today was fabulous. Easy to talk to approachable and my representative today. Natiesha was really good. She was approachable, respectful, and took care of the issue in a time

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
