    Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with Kelsey's. We bought a ventless dryer that has never dried a load of laundry in under 8 hours. We have had numerous service calls to try and fix the problem (all of those cost us more money). When the repair people arrived, the first thing they asked is whether we had the manual. It didn't seem like they had any idea how to fix what was clearly a problem with the dryer. There was no follow-up or offer to help fix the problem. They asked extremely basic questions like do we clean the lint out regularly. It's disappointing because it seems like most people have a good experience, but we're still unable to get dry clothes after spending a lot of money... I think they sold us a machine that they had no idea how to repair (or even use) and we've been stuck with this dryer that doesn't work. Good luck getting anyone from Bosch to call you back either.
