- CCCierra6 days ago3.0I purchased dining room chairs from this location along with the warranty. Two years later, I needed to use the warranty due to wear and tear on one chair. After speaking with the warranty company, Danielle at the store informed me that I had a credit of $716 to apply toward a new set because my original style was discontinued. However, when I went to check out, I was surprised to be told that only $500 could be applied. When I asked about the missing $216, I was informed that the warranty does not cover taxes. I asked to see where this was stated in the policy, but after reviewing the warranty packet with a staff member, there was no mention anywhere that the credit excludes taxes. The policy simply says it covers the “merchandise,” which most consumers would understandably take to mean the total purchase price. When I requested clarification from the manager, she didn’t even come over to explain but told another associate to show me the paperwork. This lack of transparency was disappointing. Selling warranties without clearly explaining what’s covered and what’s not feels misleading and unfair to customers.

The website says they open up at 10 o’clock but I got there and they don’t open up until 12. The store opens up at 10 o’clock so that’s a two hour difference they need to get their website in order
