A very nice lady answered the phone and immediately got me in the right direction. I needed to inspect the chair I purchased prior to leaving, as it's quite a distance to distribution center if I would need to return. Two gentlemen assisted in opening box and Jamal even took the time to attach the legs to make sure I was happy with everything then he loaded in my vehicle. He was great and I hope he is appreciated for his excellent customer service and kindness. Overall great furniture and experience
