  Helpful personnel, not pushy at all. The furniture is good quality, although it takes a while (close to a month) to arrive. I tried several different stores looking for outdoor furniture and not only did this have great selection, but the best salepeople.

  I received my outdoor yard bird sectional and I love it! It is beautiful and very, very comfortable. The delivery and set up service was excellent. The color was a little different than I thought. Look in the store or get the free swatches.

  Because of the pandemic, we saved up and got built a covered porch so we could eat outdoors without worrying about mosquitoes. We filled it with Yarbird furniture in the Harriet collection. It looks great, is comfortable enough to inadvertently nap on, lovely color, our friends love to come over and sit on it, etc. The fellow working the store was patient with our dithering, supportive. The delivery system was communicative and efficient. Things came when I was told, the unpacking went great. Everything wonderful. Our cats also love the furniture.

  We recently bought a patio set from yardbird. The staff were very accessible and answered our many questions on the various options. The furniture itself has been great and we get lots of compliments from all of our guests
