I'm from out of state and asked for some help to put together a few flowers for delivery to go on my mother's balcony. My mother lives in a retirement community in the county. Each time I was promised that they were working on it and would get back to me (Celest and Faith). They even confirmed my contact information on two occasions. No one ever called me back! I know that this was a busy time, but this was completely unacceptable! I strongly recommend NOT going there!
