Today they call me and let me know the sofa has been discontinued so it’s unknown if or when it’ll ever show up and was quoted an additional 2 months. It’s frustrating. I even had an additional percent off for buying during a sale which wouldn’t be honored if I came in today to pick out a new set. I basically gave this company a free $2000 loan. I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture here unless you can guarantee delivery same week.

It was in stock per the website and I anxiously awaited its arrival. However, it is currently mid November and the arrival date has been rescheduled 3 times. I was banking on having the furniture before Christmas but now it won't be here until January. I have called to inquire why it has been rescheduled so many times and I have yet to receive a response that I feel is appropriate. Im simply told that "sometimes this happens and it will eventually show up". I dont understand why i am having to wait 5 MONTHS for a couch that was listed as in stock via the website especially considering the showroom is 20 minutes away from me. Terrible customer service
