I didn’t like that the lady in the front of the store on 11/14/25 around 12pm didn’t greet me to say “hello” or “welcome” to the store. Also, the lady ringing up my sales didn’t have good Customer service. She had a frown upon her face the whole transaction. Rep. Sung was cheerful throughout my time in the store.

Although we chose color Taupe, which was the only color currently in stock inorder for us to purchase two of the Nelso Man. Recliner. The actual color delivered was Marble!

We were welcomed by Sherice... we found the furniture and ordered it. We set up delivery for the following Thursday and they kept us up to date thru out the week. We received a delivery time of 1:00-3:00. Delivery drivers arrived at 2:15 and had everything set up in 20 minutes. Super easy process. Store was very nice. Will purchase from them again.
