He successfully removed all the bumps and wrinkles, and the carpets are now perfectly flat. While there are still some visible marks at the seams, the technician explained it was due to the carpet's quality and he did his best to minimize them. I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they came back to touch it up. Overall, a very reliable company!
