    Andrew and Mike provided excellent customer service while shopping for a new living room furniture. When I first walked in to Value City I was greeted with warm welcome and a big smile. I was presented with a lot of different choices to choose from. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase more items. I drove from Germantown md to Fredrick MD and I experienced better service and selection.

    Gary was awesome to work with. He's incredibly nice and well mannered. Even when he was busy helping multiple customers, he was so well composed. Everyone is really, really nice. We just walked in to pick up our couch and every one one of them made us feel like family.What a great experience.
