The delivery was supposed to be on October 31, 2025 contingent on my closing date. When the closing date was pushed back to November 12, 2025, I went to the store to let them know, so that it could be changed in the system. I was getting the notifications about the bedroom set but nothing about the living room set. When I called I was told that they had a date for November 22, 2025. I was also told that that was only for partial delivery and I’ll quote she said “to be honest I’m not sure when the other items will be available”. I was livid. I asked for a refund and was told that it takes 24-48 hours to have the refund approved and another 3-5 business days to have my money refunded. Things happen and I get it but communication is the key. I went to Bobs furniture and I am pleased with the outcome as well as their customer service. Now the bedroom set came as requested however when I spoke to the salesperson who I will not name because they are not able to speak for themselves. He suggested that I get a double frame for the queen size bed that I purchased. I responded yes because it’s a townhome where you come in in the lower level.
