Giving a four star for the following reasons:
First store I went to told me it would be a week and a half for delivery
Second store I went to was able to deliver within two days
Rep advised me delivery team could set up washer but I would need to purchase a water line - so I did.
When Delivery team arrived and asked me to sign, they advised they do not install when out of town. Now I have to go back and return the hose I was told to purchase as I never needed I to begin with and only purchased it as I was told it was needed to have it installed
Delivery team was on time . Loved the tracking app. Did not like the brick procedure in having someone sign for something without it coming out of the box. Getting machine out of box was a challenge.

The brick is a very big company with awesome sales agent but unfortunately the guys doing the delivery are not customer oriented which I can say will ruin the good image of the company. The guy is very careless dropping his tools and damaged the wall. The other guy was so rude, my wife told him to be careful and his response was in a high voice of “YES”. He even throwing his mess in front of me. And they even make the floor wet when installing the washer. And when I made a comment the rude guy was in a yelled tone. They even did not attach the handle of the other oven. When I suggest to the guy on what will be the proper way of doing things he replied that it is job and way of doing it, which Is good if they dont make any damage. They say accident can happen, of course but it can be avoided. Especially its a brand new house. The brick will be liable for the damaged cost just because they are careless!!!

This is the second time i've ever given The Brick a chance. Once was to buy a mattress (had the cash in my purse) and the salesperson wouldn't even let me try beds unless I bought the "proper pillow". And just recently I went in to purchase a washer and dryer set. The sales people sit at the front door waiting for a customer to walk in and follow you around the store like you're about to steal something. Even after telling her I wasn't purchasing anything, and I would come find her if I was she continued following me and my kids. Ultimately bought from Costco instead, and will never step into The Brick again. Very uncomfortable experience.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
