Delivery was on time as expected. Guys got the sectional into the house, but were a bit rough doing so. Several of the pieces were set down on the snow which isn’t a huge issue but of course did cause those areas to become wet when they brought them in. Other than that service was good, the fellas did put it together but once again pretty rough doing so. Almost wanted to say leave it and I’ll do it.

I purchased a mattress at Brick and I am very happy with my experience. My salesperson Simran was highly knowledgeable about the products and very helpful with selection. Zero stars if I could. Received two damaged tables in a row. Instead of fixing their mistake, the supervisor hung up the phone on me because I refused to do their delivery job. They are ignoring the Manitoba Sale of Goods Act and their own warranty terms. Avoid this store at all costs if you expect quality or professional treatment. My next call is to the Consumer Protection Office.
February 18, 2026: I have received your response. I will email the requested details immediately. However, please note that I expect a Free White Glove Home Exchange by Friday, as I have already received two damaged items and refuse to transport them myself. I look forward to a resolution that respects Manitoba’s Consumer Protection laws.
UPDATE (Feb 18): I was contacted by the Operations Manager, Ola. He provided a very professional and sincere apology and assured me that the internal issues that led to my experience are being addressed at the management level. He confirmed a full home exchange at no cost once stock arrives. I appreciate his transparency and will update to 5 stars once the delivery is completed.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
