Had an 85” Samsung TV delivered. The stair configuration and narrow hallways in our building regularly make for a moving/delivery nightmare scenario, but the two extremely friendly delivery guys had this massive TV up into our third floor unit, and unboxed in under four minutes.
The whole interaction was over within five minutes, and for someone who isn’t crazy about having strangers inside my home, I really appreciated their swiftness.
The TV is awesome, especially considering the great price we paid. Shout out to Maddison, our salesperson at the St. James Brick store. She’s great, and was just hired… So, if you’re in the market for some new home furnishings, or electronics, I highly recommend giving her a shot at earning your business!

After going through a tough life event, and finding myself needing new furniture, I was helped by Christine who went above and beyond in understanding my circumstances, helping me find what I need, and being a huge help in making sure I was completely satisfied with everything I picked. After we placed our order and paid for delivery and installation, everything fell apart. No one was able to organize or schedule the services properly, and it was impossible to get any real help. We will not be shopping with The Brick again.
Our sales representative, Mehtab, was not helpful and seemed unsure of what he was doing — and the rest of the team didn’t seem to know either. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
However, if this issue is resolved promptly and properly, we are willing to update and change our review.

We recently visited The Brick to purchase a mattress and a TV, and we had a great experience. A staff member named Sanchit helped us, and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. He made sure we found exactly what we needed.
Today, we received our mattress delivery, and the service was excellent. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
