I bought a fridge on sale there and when I installed the water line to the fridge for the door and tried to fill a glass of water there was water spraying all over the floor. When I pulled the fridge out to investigate the problem I found that there was a plastic valve broken on the bottom of the fridge which caused the water to spray all over the floor instead of filling the glass. When I contacted the salesperson at the Brick I found out the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on but they were "happy to help me out" as long as I brought the fridge back to the store for them to deal with. They wouldn't even send me the part I needed to fix the issue myself, and getting a replacement fridge even short term while I waited for mine to be repaired wasn't an option. Absolutely horrible customer service and they'll never see a dollar of my money again. You may find a decent price there but if you need any follow up support from them good luck to you.

Christine Estrada’s help and customer service went above and beyond!! She was friendly and approachable (and not your typical sales person that just wants to upsell you for everything). She saved us money as well!! We had some bad experiences a very long time ago buying from the Brick, but decided to try it again. We are so glad we did. We will definitely be back!

This was definitely not a positive shopping experience.
My wife and I dropped in there to quickly buy a pillow. There was absolutely nothing quick about. First, we couldn’t find a sales rep to even care about us. Finally a cleaning person found a rep sitting in a corner of the store somewhere obviously not at all. Interested in customer service, then when the pillow is selected and paid for you have to go to a different door around the outside for the next step of the transaction after that you go out to your vehicle and wait for another five or 10 minutes till you can pick up your pillow at door number two . This is absolutely ridiculous I do not recommend shopping at the Brick.

Huge shoutout to Mr. Harri at The Brick for the amazing service. Shopping for both appliances and furniture can be overwhelming, but Harri broke everything down and helped us stay within our budget while still getting high-quality pieces. I had an excellent experience at the Brick store thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by DUSHICA. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all our questions about the mattress, helped us find exactly what we needed, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuine service these days, and it really made a difference.
I’d also like to give a big thank you to the delivery team. They were professional, punctual, and very careful while bringing everything into our home. They made sure everything was placed properly and handled with care.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great service in-store and great service during delivery. Highly recommend!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
