- WKWes Keating2 days ago4.0We have dealt with the Brick often and enjoy shopping there. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery has always been prompt and the drivers are courteous and unpack and assemble furniture quickly and efficiently as part of the service.

A phone call to say they are on their way, all adds up to more than expected. The 2 guys delivering were fríen extremely efficient and removed their shoes. I could not expect any better !

I bought it with delivery for the reason I dont have a truck got the warranty but these scammy people are trying to charge me for a delivery or I have to bring the broken bed and mattress in before they even try to give me a new one. Read the reviews about others im not the only one. These staff is horrible they say they want to be treated with care but you do the complete opposite to your customers. Ive contacted the BBB about this company. Its not just this location its them all. Its a management thing. Go in purchase something i promise youll have something wrong with it. I shoulda just returned it when the first time they delived the bed with a pallet jack ran threw the side of the box/bed. So this will be the 2nd time doing it on the bed. The bed shouldn't sink in im 140 pounds so.. Its not like I spent 200$ on it nah I spent more so be warned people youll loose hair from these scammers. If you want a bed go to palaser directly. Thats where they get soke of theirs products from. Cut them out and get your stuff for less. Shop around there's plenty of other stores that have the same products for less and better appreciation for the coustmers.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
