I would've loved with all my heart to give rona a 5 out of 5. I got great service the entire time as I shopped through the entire store, every person gave expert advice and went above and beyond for me except for maybe one somewhat misogynistic plumbing employee. Unfortunately I ended my trip quickly at the wood cutting area. I guess the guy down there went on break or something as no one knew how to use the Saws. Now I'm not one to get uppity about that kind of stuff. I'm perfectly fine to wait for 15 minutes. But I made the mistake of venturing into the saw area. Was it messy? No not at all, perfectly clean actually. Were there safety violations? Not as far as I could tell. Was there a flipping ghoulish spirit watching me as I turned around? You betcha bub! I turned around screaming at the top of my lungs, I abandoned the small fortune of product I was willing to pay full price for and ran out. I prayed for the first time in a decade and half on the drive home terrified of what I saw. I don't know how a business like this can operate with a Ghost wandering around in the middle of a Thursday evening. I'm taking my business to the rat free, Ghost free, Phil free home depot. I've attached a photo for reference.
Edit: Rona has faithfully promised to take care of the spectre, while ignoring the problem of the misogynistic plumbing associate. You've earned one more star, thank you Rona+

Came in to check out the plant selection on Saturday late afternoon.
The store was clean and tidy, we did not receive any help from workers and were not asked if we required help, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal. We were there to just leisurely look at plants and didn’t need help.
The only thing I might suggest is slippery floor signs at the bathrooms near the plants. I went in the bathroom after the greenhouse area and nearly slipped on the nice flooring. I guess my shoes had a tiny bit of water from the greenhouse. Otherwise, all was well and nice!

When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?

If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
