- SLSingh LuveAug 8, 20251.0I recently ordered a 75-inch TV from your location on McPhillips Street. One of your staff members informed me about the payment, but failed to mention a $28 processing fee to hold the TV. The next day, I was told that delivery would be delayed until Wednesday due to stock unavailability. However, I received another call stating that delivery would be further delayed until Thursday. I specifically asked for the delivery time and was informed that the driver would arrive at 10 am. On Thursday, I called to confirm the delivery status and was told by a representative that the driver would arrive within 7-10 minutes, despite starting at 9:30 am. Due to my unavailability after 10:30 am, I was given an ultimatum: wait at home for the delivery or have it cancelled. The representative later cancelled my delivery without notice, citing concerns about payment installments. I was then transferred to an assistant manager(Sidharth) who seemed unfamiliar with his role and eventually abandoned our conversation. Is this the standard of customer service your company provides?
