I called and emailed the store 10 days before my payment was to come out of my account and asked them to not put it through as I had fraud in my acct and I would come in to pay. I was confirmed by email everything was taken care of. The day the payments were to come out sure enough they did screwing up a lot and causing unnecessary NSF fees totaling about $100. When I called to ask what we can do to rectify the problem Nicole answered " OOPS OH WELL. NOTHING WE CAN DO!" I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. A week later they did the same thing to my neighbor. !! UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
