I emailed and texted Kelly. Never responded. When I called the office I typically got the voice mail and never had a response. When I happen to actually have someone answer the phone she was helpful. My blinds are installed. The installer was very friendly. I am happy with my blinds. Service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them. Kelly needs to go
