It wasn’t until I threatened legal action that they finally responded—offering a large discount as an apology. However, a few weeks later, my parents were billed for the full amount (just under $4,000) despite the promised discount. After multiple calls, the owner, Ron, finally answered but denied everything. He only offered $300 as compensation, which we reluctantly accepted just to be done with them. Two months later, my father still hasn’t received the refund, and they now ignore my calls. This company preys on senior citizens with dishonest and unethical business practices. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Budget Blinds at all costs.
