    We just relocated from to NY to Massachusetts and we were looking for a couch for our new space. I found Cabot House online and read all of the wonderful reviews and they did not disappoint!! Michele Durand greeted us with the warmest smile and demeanor , made us feel welcome in our new home state! She really listened to our thoughts regarding our decor ideas …she is so knowledgeable and her design ideas hit the mark! Thank you so much Michelle!     Up date on my previous review from one year ago. Despite the scarcity of staff in the furniture store I found them very attentive and very useful as far as helping us with design and choices. Who is in charge of these retail stores. Most of your customers work during the week!? Right Any retail store that doesn’t take advantage of all the shopping hours available on the weekends deserves to do poorly. Get rid of these non productive individuals who make these insane business decisions.
