They quoted me more than half the price of the mower to repair it. I’ll be taking my business to another mower shop which is unfortunate as the parts and sales staff are great but don’t trust the service department to stand by the products they sell.

The driver was in the left-turn-only lane but suddenly went straight ahead, cutting in front of my car and another vehicle. There was no accident, but it was a reckless and unsafe action that could have caused one — especially because I was in a smaller car and could have been seriously hurt. I hope the company reviews this incident and reminds their drivers to follow traffic rules to keep everyone safe on the road. I have video too
