A few months prior to that, the dryer got sent out for repairs by Aarons because it was making a scraping/scratching kind of noise while spinning. It was two and a half months before she got it back and still had to pay for the dryer. The manager made her believe he was giving her a “discount” on the second month, told her she wouldn’t have to pay for the second month. All he did was add that payment to the end of the lease so instead of her lease ending in July, it moved to August. My mother hasn’t been able to use the dryer because she didn’t have a hose to connect it since she received it back from Aaron’s. She basically just took their word for it that the dryer was repaired. Today, she goes to use it and the noise is now LOUDER than it was before they sent it out to be repaired. Now she’s stuck with a dryer that she cannot use and WASTED ALL THIS MONEY FOR NOTHING. This place is highway robbery. DO NOT lease from them.

First i order a iteam and they give me a iteam of there choice rather then what i ask for . I ordered a Samsung tv and when they delivered the tv it was not a Samsung it was a brand I have never heard off second time they pulled this . The first tv I ordered the same situation and after the day of fulling paying it off tv went black on me and I had it for less then 2 years. Had to call a business by the name of TV doctor to come check it out and paid more then enough to have it fixed and because it had been paid for the prior day it was no longer they’re responsibility. I had a situation with the second tv I was renting called them and told them and was told aTec would be sent the next day to check it out and who never showed up or even called , so I paused payment and they continuesly call and harrass call more then 5 to 6 times a day for they’re payment orb tv return . Return it asap I refuse to pay for a iteam I’ll have issues with after full payment is given Horrible service .

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
