I love going here and working with Peter, although everyone is very nice and helpful. Overall they offer a much better and more personal experience, quick deliveries and great pricing.

After over a hour of trying to install a electric down draft oven he told us we needed an electrician. Sclamos didn't find an electrician. It was the plumber who was able to assist us. Peter ,"The Owner" was condescending and rude when I asked for a credit because the first oven that was delivered had a shattered cooktop and I needed to take a second day off from work. His comments were, " Things Happen and not my problem, you could have had other family wait". The oven and installation cost over 4,000 DOLLARS. Peter insulted me stating that no one had ever asked for a credit before. The owner said it was common practice to send a plumber to install a electric oven?
