Their customer service is horrendous—long wait times, no follow-through, and zero accountability. I spoke with Alex, Ron, and Jim on different calls, and each one gave me a different story with no actual resolution. After multiple calls, I’m still stuck with the old appliance they promised to remove. Completely unreliable. I will never purchase from them again and strongly recommend others avoid this company.

Dropped by the store at 10am, spoke to a sales person and also the owner about the situation. Was able to get a machine currently in stock, promised delivery same day. Within three hours, I got a call that the machine was on its way. The crew who delivered were great; quick install and they cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Sclamos to anyone looking for top notch customer service. Love to see a non-chain store go above and beyond. Always support the small businesses when you can.

I attempted to purchase refurbished and I get there may be an issue but a month later the fridge was toast and then 3 months after the dryer broke. We ended up getting a credit but Peter just over talked when I attempted to talk to him and had a condescending attitude. He attempts to speak like a gangster and make you feel stupid. Doesn’t work. Will not be going back and will never recommend to anyone. Stay away from this place.
