- JCjessi caputoNov 16, 20255.0Just this weekend, the lady (Ashley over the phone) and gentlemen (Store manager Jimmy, salesman Steve and another wonderfully helpful guy, who’s name I did not get)… of the Lowe’s Medford appliance store helped save the day!! My mom bought a dryer and had to wait until I could come down from Vermont with my husband to install it. It was a bummer that it didn’t work, even after replacing gas lines and getting adjunct parts, etc. But the team listed above were so wonderful in helping with a return, new dryer selection and all the information needed (same day!! on a Saturday!) and now we have a working appliance and lots of gratitude for their help and facilitation! Thanks to all who helped!! 5 stars and much appreciation to you all!

I thought it was a Lowells store that sold new, open-box or slightly damaged products, but never used. I bought a machine thinking it was open-box, but it wasn't; it was a used machine with defects. I tried to return it, but they wouldn't accept it, they wouldn't refund my money, and the worst part is I got insurance and it didn't help. I was forced to get another machine or lose my money. I don't recommend this used goods store to anyone. A score of 00000 for this used goods store.
