I don't get why when it's time to pick up their furniture they wanna act ridiculous, don't stick to the day & times given & when they don't show no courtesy call was made to me for their screw up and inconvenience to me.....I find that poor service!!!!!! Now that I was finally able to buy my own couch O know I won't have to deal with them anymore and that feels good!!

He listens to exactly what you want, strives to find it either in his store or online Aaron's and if u are struggling on a payment, he is very respectful, humane and wants to keep you as a customer...hence, he goes out of his way to arrange a way for payments rather than to pickup the rental furniture one day past late payment. He works with you rather than against you. Furniture is moderate quality, I mean it is not high end but again this IS a rent to own rather than Jordan's furniture. Its higher grade than most rent to own furniture stores. Never had a problem in 7 plus yrs with furniture breaking or being stretching in transport. The delivery and setup team is professional and has always done what is expected of them. I'm a repeat customer of their Lynn, ma store and intend on reusing them in the future again.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
